writes: Ok, so this isn't a relationship question but I have naturally light brown hair. I have never highlighted or dyed it before, and I really want to dye it blonde. But i don't know if i should or not? Because I would have to keep on dying it to cover the roots, and I don't want to ruin my hair, But plenty of people dye their hair from brown to blonde . . so why not me? reader, anonymous, writes (7 May 2009): It is a pain in the ass. I wish i'd never done it. It's damaging, expensive, high maintnance, and really really hard to get back to your natural colour when you eventually want to.
