Try some different positions, create different atmospheres, include lots of foreplay, kissing, touching ect. experiment a little with what feels good for you. perhaps buy a sex toy and practise on your own, so you know what you feel comfortable with and also so you can build up that mentality and confidence that you are feeling good when you're doing so. Good luck :) x

If it's not enjoyable for both of you then you should stop and talk about how it's feeling and what you could do differently. You definitely shouldn't be in pain, and I'm sure your boyfriend doesn't want that either, so I just suggest you talk about it. Also, try more positions to find something that works. I'm sure other people will have good advice, if you need anything else feel free to message me or anyone here. Good luck!
