 Go see your doctor. Learn to pleasure your wife with things other than your penis. Your hands and mouth, for example. If you are feeling unhappy about this, I'm sure she would like to know that you are concerned and want to fix things so you can be intimate sexually. Let her know you want and need her support and get the medical help you might need.
There's a saying out there, "she comes first," which means that you ensure she reaches her orgasm before you do, and then it won't matter if you can't last long during intercourse.
