reader, anonymous, writes (4 October 2008): Every girl goes thru PMS.Try imagining yourself having cramps,at times accompanied by pain in the legs,sticky fluids running out from between your legs,scratchy napkins abrading your tender skin.Get a pic buddy?Its tuff for us.To top it the hormones that cause all this make us angry,irritated,irrational.Please be a lil patient with her.Tell her you can understand what she's going through.you will take the pain for her if you could.(This line works everytime:)).But you feel hurt when she behaves this way.So when she gets angry the next time she can write down what she feels like yelling on a paper.Writing down your feeling can help calm a person.Soft drinks like Coke,Sprite,Pepsi or even a common Soda etc go a long way in relieving the cramps.If she is an angel the rest of the month its well worth the effort and patience.:).

If shes trying to control this then good on her, and as for you i no its tough but its only a couple of days a month, and you being there and giving her hugs and kisses will make a lot of differences. Just try to be more understanding with her around that time and let her no your there for her and everything should work out well.
