Both my family and partner have a lot on at the moment personally, I am progressively getting worse and can't talk to any of them. I feel trapped, and alone and with absolutley no support when I need it most. I don't know who to turn to. Ive tried talking to doctors but they just give me anti depressants which dont help. How can I help myself to overcome how I feel. On my own.

Research your illness and find a support group, also find out what alternative therapies can help ie meditation, homeopathy or vitamin/mineral/fish oil supplements etc A lot can be done to improve the way you feel it's a case of finding what helps you. If you can do any exercise at all it will help to release seratonin, which is the body's own anti-depressant. Good luck- you're not alone.

Have you tried finding a support group for your illnes?
They exist not just for the person with the illness but also their family.
Sometimes just knowing you are not alone is enough.
