writes: Marriage License/Certificate, which one is more legally important?Which one makes marriage valid? which one is used as a proof of a legal marriage? in my state, it requires to return the signed certificate within 15 days after marriage ceremony, if we dont return within 15 days, does that mean this marriage is not valid?  Your story sounds familiar, like you've been here before and posted a question about getting out of a one-way marriage that is happening on Monday.
If you have doubts, you need to back away from this wedding now. If you respect your fiance and care about his feelings, have a chat now and let him down easily. If there are extenuating circumstance, like mental instability on his part, then get away now. The heat you think you might take now is nothing compared to the misery and hell of being in a loveless marriage.
In the end, you can choose to marry him or not. Whatever your choice, take responsibility for that choice and don't go through life blaming others for your choices. Good luck and take care.
