She told me that she felt the same way and since then things have developed. At first she was always really sweet, like sending me texts before bed saying "sweet dreams" or "I love you" but now there's nothing. She used to be really close physically too, always wanting hugs or kisses but now it's a rare occurrance. I feel like she doesn't love me anymore, like the past 8 months have been for nothing. I don't know what to do, I don't know where I stand with her, and now we're both going to different universities and probably won't see eachother very often. My question is, do you think I should continue seeing her and see what happens, or go our seperate ways and try to stay friends?

I think you should talk to her. Find neutral territory and try to have a discussion that isn't too emotionally charged. Honesty is the best policy and it will be of value to you both in the long run.
