 Hi, Taylaa x is right, I have experienced this too.
It is the penis hitting the cervix, which is very sensitive. You can still do this position, you just have to ask your boyfriend to not push as deep.
Periods can be quite irregular throughout teenhood, your hormones are still evening out. I have just turned 21 and mine are not yet every 28-30 days apart.
If this is something which is concerning you, then go see your doctor. If you are underweight/overweight this is quite common.

I know exactly what your going through. I've been there before. The pain in your lower stomach is your boyfriend hitting your cervix, this can be very painfull and uncomfotable. You just need to tell him that this is painful for you and he should understand. there are many other ways to have great sex! I'm not sure if this is affecting your periods, it never did with me, but someone else may be able to help you with that. If they get eriously irregular you should see a doctor to make sure its nothing serious :D good luck. xxx
