or is there something else that makes you think that.
if that was the only thing and he has a skin condition and they are small then no I would not automatically assume my husband is cheating.
but then he does nothing else to make me think he is.

As you said, he has a skin condition, so the scratches were probably made by himself, when his skin was itchy. Don't automatically jump to conclusions. Have faith in him, and trust him.

I am forever getting bruises in the oddest places and red marks, I have very pale skin and it's sensitive and any kind of mark just shows up easily.
I think it's a bit OTT thinking he is cheating on you because of barely there scratches.
