I do have sex with my boyfriend but every time we do we use a condom, and we always check that it hasn't split afterwards. What could it be? can someone help me please?

What kind of spot? Sometimes people do get freckles on their vulva, same with pimples and moles. If it's that kind of spot, keep an eye on it and see if it changes at all. If you notice changes in color or size, go see a doc to check it out.
If it's like a sore or blister or wart, get to a doc to be checked for HPV or herpes.
It's really unlikely that it's anything serious though. It's most likely a freckle or something.
P.S. Your clitoris is not IN your vagina. Vagina is only the term used on the inside. The external bits are your vulva.
