I know she has a complicated life and a horrible past and I told her ill be there for her always and she knows I care so much and she says she does too..but her actions in the last 3 weeks has changed so much that I dont feel her anymore. Its like im the only one trying so i sent her a message explaining how I feel and that I am so into her but i never got a reply back from her, I NEED HELP ASAP!!

 Maybe she thinks you are just after sex. The fact that you say you haven't had sex with her in your first 3 lines. kind of shows what you are thinking about in this relationship.
Maybe you need to make sure she knows how you feel and that you don't just want to have sex with her.
