He certainly chats to other women but I don't notice him doing half of what he does to me to them - if you get my drift. But as you say it doesn't really mean that he fancies me just being friendly and flirty.

It could well mean he likes you more than a friend but it could just be the type of guy he is, there are alot of people that are friendly that can be mistaken for flirting or just have a flirty personality.
If you want to be sure you can always ask him.

i wouldn't get too carried away if i was you, it could just be casual flirting, if you like the guy try and get to know him a little better, and find out if he's just being friendly.i myself am a flirty single bloke, and i flirt with all sorts of women, but its usually nothing more than having a laugh with them.
