A female United States age 30-35, anonymous writes:

Hey, I recently asked a question on here about how to tell my friend i don't want to go somewhere cuz i have my period and she doesn't like to talk about that stuff. If you want to see that question, search dear cupid with the question "how to tell a friend i have my period". Well I never got the chance to tell her the truth, and now she's mad. On facebook, (thing like myspace) she keeps posting negative things

Examples: "i'm not very happy with my 'friend' right now"

"I'm not in a very good mood."

and "I'm feeling disappointed."

I keep trying to apologize to her by sending her messages on facebook saying i'm sorry, but she just won't respond. I don't know what to do. I thought this was a little thing, but i think i've changed it into a big problem. Cuz i don't quite know by putting "friend" in quotation marks like that. Does she think i'm not her friend anymore? I don't know what to do.

I think ur friend is overreacting. Girls are supposed to be able to talk about periods and girl things like that. If she's a true friend she'll come around. Don't worry about mean while talk to some new people make new friends. Theirs plenty of girls that won't mind having those time of conversations. Goodluck and hope things work out.
