I know I'm in the friend zone with her, but does it mean anything if...At one point we got on to the topic of relationships and she started giving me advice. And she also started asking me what type of girl I would go for?She lets me touch her, I felt like I was her boyfriend at times (though we never held hands or anything when walking). Still, shes totally cool with me.She trusts me with her stuff. Like for me, I would never let anyone I don't know too well touch my ipod, let alone anything bigger. She was totally cool with it and let me use all her stuff and explore and was totally open with me too.  your gaining her trust but you need to have more reliable indicators of her feelings for you.
eye contact, body language, maybe suggest things vaguely in conversation...
use your imagination. tell her she's beautiful (i know i'd like to hear it myself).
