A male United Kingdom age 30-35, *ealow writes:

i went out with a girl a few months ago, we broke up a few weeks after due to certain things. and then on my birthday on the 6th December she told me that she still has strong feelings for me and she finished with her boyfriend over the next couple of days for me (i assume). we are still not together but talk a lot and send texts that a couple would do, but she has a tendency to not text back for hours or a whole day sometimes (and it always seems to be when i say something that would be replied to with a text that would be meaningful to me and make me happy or a simple answer like yes or no, but i do not receive one). for example today, me: do you know what i want for Christmas? have a guess! her: me?.

me: maybe :P. her: I'll take that as a yes then. me : if its not too much to ask? and then with that last text nothing back at all even when we spoke on msn that night! when i asked her have u had a change of heart? and she said no. i don't get it....

so i am wondering if anyone has experienced anything like this please help me, does she find it hard to show how she feels to me? or does she just not care? i love her so much but i don't know if i can carry on with the way it makes me feel!

pleas help!
