 Well, topless pictures could definitely be a sign she likes you. However, it could also be a situation where she wants to make her boyfriend angry and trusts you enough to send you those pictures. Perhaps her and her boyfriend are having troubles?
Have you tried talking to her and asking her why she sent them to you?
