I fancy the pill because condoms might reduce sensation but does semen leak out straight after intercourse-or worse still the next day!?

This link should help a little. Says do not use tampons-could cause toxic shock syndrome-and to go to the bathroom afterwards. It also seems like it would keep the sperm in you instead of leaking out, try a pantyliner. Go ahead and use a condom for better protection against pregnancy. You can always get the warming or tingling sensation kind or some lubricants of this kind that are appropriate for latex condom use.
Sex isn't 'clean' with fluids going everywhere, but it's part of life. In my case, it's like a plunger effect. He does the deed, we separate, and there comes all his work out.
You can try to hold it in and push it out when you pee or lay a towel down prior.
Really long and probably too late for ya though.

Some advertising whizzkid started to think of other uses for tissues and in a flash of inspiration thought they might be useful for mopping up the products of the common cold. It's far easier to advertise them that way, rather than as an after-sex mop-up product, and can be advertised at all times of the day and night rather than only after the 9pm watershed.

Its not that gross, but make sure you sit up in bed after you have sex to let it drain out, otherwise you stand up in the morning and stale cum gushes down your legs. Maybe my bf comes more than most cuz i kno girls who dont have this problem, but I do loL!
But its no reason not to use the pill, if you find a pill you like, its really great, gives you good control over your body and prevents pregnancy much better than condoms, and you dont have to worry about getting carried away in the heat of the moment!
Hope this helps honey!

Medical fact: you can get pregnant days after the actual intercourse took place.
I presume you know that it takes and egg and one sperm to get pregnant. So logically if you can get pregnant days after intercourse then at least some sperm remain inside for that period of time.
It can stay alive for up to a week depending on conditions inside of you. Mind you this is not all the sperm that went inside just a little bit but still. Not sure why you are asking. If you are on the pill it shouldn't matter how much remains inside for how long.
As for choosing a contraception. The pill is a purely a contraception. A fairly effective one but totally useless against STD's.

You'll get to know all about 'The Wet Patch' and you'll no doubt endeavour to keep it on his side of the bed by you jumping on HIS bones rather than him jumping on yours!
And yes, it leaks out straight after and is mostly finished leaking out after about ten minutes.

A
reader, anonymous, writes (11 June 2008): Yes, it does leak out almost straight away. Just keep some tissues handy and any extra will seep away with urinating and washing. It really isn't a problem, everyone who doesn't use a condom experiences this so don't be embarrassed about a normal, natural occurrence.
