She even tells me she cares about and that she even loves me but I don't know what she means by that and I get to nervous to ask her. I would agree if the teacher was older and he (meaning you) was younger - as in, teenager at high school or something.
I believe even the fact you have each others phone numbers show close relation. I suggest you don't ask her but wait for more 'evidence'. If you love her then I wouldn't prevent anything at your age. If all else fails, I'd ask her what she meant by love. Does she treat you like a friend would?

 what should you do eh? she shouldnt be saying things at all to you about anything like that. well you must ignore her, it will pass, how do i know that, because crushes on teachers was going on when i was at school many years ago. this is 100 per cent wrong and you have to go and talk to someone about it, whether it is your mom dad headmaster another teacher, but dont encourage, this will lead to nothing but bad. take my word for it. aunty chrissie.
