You see, everyday at lunch, he lays on top of me and most of the time it is on my chest. And when he does, he grabs my arm and cuddles with it. So to my other friends it looks like we are dating but we aren't. Also, he hates it when I'm sad and he will even take my things until I start smiling. When we hug goodbye, its not a normal friend hug. It's like one of the ones you only see in the movies. The other day, he actually made me promise when we were in the middle of a hug that I would cheer up because I had a bad day. So my question is, does it seem like he likes me? Reply to this Question

 Aw, thanks for reminding me that high schoolers have an odd way of showing that they like a girl.Speaking of which, I remember reading an article in Cosmopolitan magazine when I was in high school that had to do with figuring out if a guy was into you or not with out having to ask him.The article said to walk by him and flash the biggest and most genuine smile at him. Watch for his immediate reaction before he gets his composure back. If he likes you, he should smile back or something similar to that affect. Of course us older folks are thinking, what the heck does she mean when she says "he comes over to lay on top of my chest?" Just be aware that he might only be interested in you physically, so don't allow yourself to be taken advantage of. A tip though. When my guy and I were in high school, he showed that he liked me by escorting me to my classes, talking to me and only focusing on me at the lunch table, and spending time in the mornings before homeroom with me and my friends. I think those sort of things show that a guy is genuinely interested in a girl.
