Does my ex bf want me still or should I move on

I am 15 my ex is 17.My bf broke up with me 3mo after dating I was asked out bymy ex and a dif guy 1 week after the break up I said no 2 the ex and yes 2 the other guy. I think just 2 mak my ex mad it did and I broke up with the other guy .tht same night my ex of 3mo txt me sayin deep down he knows I still love him and all then he said he was drunk so the next day I txt him askin if he remember txtn my the night b4 of course he said no and started lik callin me names.since then it has been lik2 weeks and I of course txted him first he says he can see us tryin again sometime.I ask if he misses me he says he don't kno I ask if he ever thinks about me and he says I come to mind. He says he doesn't kno if he wants to date me again he says he needs time 2 think but he doesn't know how long.I asked if I was tht bad of a gf and he says no I ask if he is into someone else he says no.. I would love another chance but idk if he is just given up. He doesn't acknowledge me at school and it has been 4 days now since I hav txted him cause I'm tryin 2 give him x but Idk if he has lost5 interest in me.
