Masturbating is good for your health both mental and physical.
it does not decrease physical strength
you will not go blind
you will not grow hair on your palms
you will relieve stress and tension.

As long as you do not spend long periods of time masturbating or masturbate many times a day, you should not experience any loss of strength. If you notice your arm, shoulder or neck is tense or painful during or after masturbation, this is an indication you may be causing soft tissue irritation or damage which (over long periods of time) can lead to a loss of strength.

I suppose you mean 'masturbating'. It's NOT bad for health.
Does it decrease physical strength???
NO.

If you have to run a race or do something where you're involved in a contest, I wouldn't masturbate beforehand because it will relax all of your muscles.
