writes:ok so theres this guy, he has a girlfriend, but my guy friends have all said guys can have a girlfriend but like someone else at the same time. well ill just list the things he does that makes me wonder if hes interested or not.-whenever i enter the classroom (i sit next to him) he always turns to me and looks at me and it seems like he is waiting for me to say something to him-he always asks me questions about homework and assignments, even though one of his really good friends sits across from him. he even asks me personal questions about his ear piercings or stuff like that-whenever i turn around and say an insider to my friend who sits behind me, he always looks at me and smiles or laughs even though he has no idea what im saying-he stares at me or glances at me a lot. like today he was looking at me and i looked back at him and we locked eyes for like 2 seconds, then i looked away-today when we had stopped talking for about 3 minutes or so, he got up to bring something to the teacher and he stood over me, did one of those half smiles, and said "be right back" in a really low tone. my face got so red and i giggled like an idiot -he seemed like he was trying to impress me when he said he was getting ear gauges and maybe a lip ring, because he knows thats totally my stylei seriously really like this kid, and i never like guys really easily. it just sucks that he has a girlfriend. but does it sound like he might be flirting or might be interested?

reader, anonymous, writes (25 October 2010): Yeah, it sounds like he's flirting and might be interested. But he has a girlfriend. Even if he were to begin pursuing you, do you really want a guy who can go from one girl to the next without a second thought? What makes you think he won't do it again?
