writes:Hi Could you answer some of my questions please.My husband had been having an affairs though out our marriage 3 that i know off,but he keeps changing his mind as to why he did cheat how can he not know the reasons?We are going to relate next week would they be able to find out why as i need to know if there was something wrong in our marriage or if i am married a cheater and its only stopped cos i found out?He also swore on my grandchildren's, mine, and our childrens, lifes that he never slept with them it was all lies,how can a person do that?He says his mind was messed up and didnt want to lose me and he never thought he would get caught whats that saying?The need for me to get to the truth depends on my marriage surviving and able to trust him again.Do you think hypnoises will work? he says he will do anything to know why.How many of you who have been cheated on have stayed with there partners?Are you still with them?Is the relationship better than before?How can you trust someone who has lied?thanks for reading and hope to get some answers to help me understand.

reader, anonymous, writes (27 March 2009): My heart goes out to you, i've been down the path your on and i'm still on it. My partner cheated on me from the day we got together, he just carried on as if I didn't exist. To cut a long story short. He cried and begged me to give him a second chance, promised he'd never do anything to hurt me again. I agreed, we did relate I never managed to find out why he did what he did, mind you i've since found out from him that he lied his way through that as well. I've also just found out that he never stopped what he was doing, he just thought he'd got more clever in hiding it, but I had a gut feeling and i followed it, and it paid off. His begging and crying again for me to give him yet another chance, my gut says no but my heart says yes, i'm going with my gut this time, just got to get the courage to tell him to go. I know this doesn't give you any advice, I just wanted to let you know your not alone. Go relate and see what happens, its worth a try. Let us know how you get on GOOD LUCK x
