Dont think so no. I mean I cant remember how long my man hugs me for he just does! Somedays it will be lots other days slightly less... It doesnt mean that on the days he doesnt hug me as much that he love me less. So no you cannot judge love on the length of a cuddle. If you are teenagers however, im guessing its more about liking a person, so the longer you hug her the more into her you are... It has nothing to do with how much you love someone, yes you would hug someone more if you were really into them, but in a long relationship it doesnt mean anything if you hug more one day less the next.. see what Im saying it doesnt matter the length of time, its the fact that you are hugging someone that you love or care for and you feel good about it.

The girl I'm with now is 18 and I'm constantly telling her how much I wish I was 18 with her right now and what it would mean to me. I hug her so close and long, and I really think my emotion gets through to her like this in a raw and passionate way. It's definitely a great way to express your emotions, especially if they are real, genuine and caring

A hug is great from someone you care for that cares for you, I feel that in some situations you need a longer hug and need to be held by the person that cares for you because the feeling of that always seems to make everything seem not as bad as it did and makes you feel that no matter what you can deal with everything while you have someone there to lean on, to hold you when its needed, I don't feel the longer you hug them can define how much you care but then everyones opinion is different, I just feel there is a time and situation for everything and sometimes a big long hug is right.
