 He's probably worried you're being off with him.
If you've cuddled and stuff, I wouldn't worry.
If you really get the feeling something's wrong, you need to bring it up with him. If he's got an issue and is ready to talk, make sure he knows you'll listen without judging. If he's not ready to talk, he'll come to you when he is.
