writes:Hello :)I have a friend..well he's more of an acquaintance but we have a lot of mutual friends (like dozens and dozens). Back in August one of our mutual friends broke his leg, and so we went to the hospital to support him, along with multitudes of our other friends. When my friend was finally taken in to have his leg examined, everyone left to do their own thing, and this guy and i..who i didnt really know that well..stayed in the waiting room, and got to talking about soccer and somehow weed. I found out he smokes pot and I do too, and we were both kind of happy because we're christians but more liberal u can say, so obviously we were happy to finally find a friend who we have something in common with in that respect. So he was like we haaave to burn together sometime, and I was like "ok cool."Mid-Late September comes, we're both in different uni's, and one day at church we swapped cell #s, and he calls me saying he's still waiting to burn with me. So we met up on a Friday and burned together and ate at mcdonalds and popeye's (I suggested popeye's as he's never tried it before) and he paid for everything:S Then we basically walked around downtown, he had some party to go to after though, so i just heading back home.Then recently, like last wednesday, he msged me saying we should definately go to popeye's again, and if we can hang out friday as hes off the whole day, so I msged him back saying "sure I get off class at 12 so I can head downtown after", and then he wrote back asking if i knew how to skate because he wanted to try out his new skates, and that we could go to an outdoor skating rink in downtown. so we went skating, and burned, and i SUCKED, cuz i was a little high, the skates were really tight, and plus i haven't skated foreverrr, so I kept falling and made a complete idiot out of myself, and he got his skills back a lot faster, so I was like you can skate, I'm going to just sit down; he was like "ok", so he kept like doing a lap n coming down sitting n talking to me and stuff; he barely skated and i felt sooo bad as it was my fault; he kept trying to keep me company I guess. So to redeem myself :P..I was like I'll teach you how to rollerblade as I said he's a good skater, because to my surprise he told me he has never rollerbladed :S...so he seemed receptive to that idea. We went to eat after and he asked me where I wanted to go, I was like "I dunno we can go anywhere, fast food maybe?" And he was like "nahh I want REAL food" :P So we went to the food court at the mall across the street and he bought both of us chinese food :S And i know he's not rich or anything, he's no better off than I am and I'm normally broke.Then today I saw him at church, and he was sitting at the far end, and he switched places with his brother (i dunno if it was to get closer to me :S), but he just got up randomly and was like "lets switch places" with his brother, but he didnt sit next to me because I don't know...my other guy friend (the same one who broke his leg) might have been playing stupid or didn't notice (i think he likes me so maybe thats why he didnt move :S), so he got close enough where my other guy friend was separating us both. After the service we were both talking a lot but our mutual friends kept getting in the way and I guess talking to us separately, I guess they assume they have the right of way as they know this guy and I aren't that close, so we didn't really get to talk much :(, but we were basically laughing/reminiscing about friday night.Also, Friday night, on my way to downtown, one of our mutual friends asked me to hang out and I told her I was going skating with *blank* and she was like "really? alone??" and I was like "yes" and she was like "isn't that weird?" So that also goes to show how much we dont really talk.. Maybe he just sees me as a cool friend because we have something in common, but I don't think it's only that because he didn't even mention weed for the second "hangout", it was me who suggested it and he was like "oh ok, I'll see what I can do" Both times it was just him and I, it often felt "date-like" (but there was no touching or any other date-like implications)I think I kind of like him, he's really funny and sweet, and I'm wondering if maybe he feels the same and thats why he's doing these things? Or maybe he sees me as just a friend? I dont want to be one of those girls who takes the smallest signs and interprets them to be a proclamation of undieing love lolsorry this is superrr long...I guess I found it necessary to provide a lot of details for accurate analysis :SThank you a lot for reading this though :)

Well first of all, smoking weed is a horrible thing to do for your system, but thats beside the point. He probably is in the same position as you. Maybe you should just ask him!
