Now im really into him but i don't know what to do, he is 22 and im almost 26 but i can't realice if he likes me just as a friend or something else.He makes sexual jokes all the time and stuff, but it seem he does it with other women at work even though he is shy, Is there a way to see if i really like him?

 Best and most foolproof way is to ask him out for a drink, say you enjoy his company and would like to go for a drink sometime with him if he would like that, or even better invite him to a party or something you are doing with friends.
You will never know if you dont move this on a bit, we dont need to wait for men to do the asking now and we should not wait, why should men have to ask, they as shy and uncertain as us and many a good opportunity has been lost because the bloke was shy and did not ask the girl out.
Men have told me that they would love to have gone out with me in the past but were too shy to ask and I did not ask them so maybe I have at some time lost a good bloke as I always thought we should let the blokes do the asking.
Dont make my mistake, go ask this man out, he can only say no.
