I was really hurt but I tried my best to be happy for them.Is it possible that he love me because he was so sweet even though he have already gf?

 How old is this guy? You are a very young person. This should not be a priority in your life. He is sweet to you because perhaps that is his nature...not because a guy is sweet to you and treats you with respect means that he wants to carry on a romantic relationship with you. It just means that he enjoys your company. He has a girlfriend...something that he neglected to tell you. What does that tell you? Not that he is less than forthcoming with information and that he prefers to hide that from you...and to make matters worse it is your cousin?Honey, find something constructive to do and stop even wasting your time on this guy.
