I think this changes things slightly.
I think you should try talking to him about who he likes or something.
See what he says and if he asks if you're suggesting anything then you might as well tell him you like him and hope he feels the same. This might be what he wants to hear.
But if he's flirtacious to alot of girls then he might just enjoy the female attention! What guy wouldnt?

He puts his arm round a couple of other girls. I think he is genurally a flirt but He doesn't seem to be as full on to other as he is to me....:| so im ot sure.
Do you still think the same?

I'd safely say yes. He's being flirtacious, and boys dont do that for fun.
I've seen girls who do it for fun, but I dont know any guys who do.
I think he does like you. Why not be flirtacious back and see how the relationship develops or how he reacts...

Why not ask him on a date?

I would say so but dont be quick to ask him out i would leave it for a couple of week to make sure that he does otherwise you wouldnt want to feel rejected if he doesnt feel the same about you
