And if you don't think he likes me, what should I do? should I still try to let him know I like him so he might start liking me too, or should I just move on?

 Ask him if he likes you, if he doesn't you still have a really good friend.

 I know its hard to tell someone you like them. But just go for it. just be like "hey, I kinda like you & i don't know how you feel but i just wanted to let you know" if he does like you back ask to hang out and see how that goes. if he doesn't feel the same way just be like "thats cool i just wanted to let you know." don't let it get you down to much. there will always be someone else. :)
