writes: this may not seem like a big problem to some but it is to me. i have fallen for this bloke who comes in to my work, he is really hot and a really nice guy.the problem is that iv told him how i feel about him thru a txt message, and he replied to the message but said nothing about me saying how i felt. he is always flirting with me and he has also sent a few text messages to me with a sexual content, but makes them out to be jokes. does he like me the way i like him? i dont know where i stand. should i make another move or just try and forget him?

As difficult as it might seem; I suggest you stop contacting him for a while; let him make the next move; allow him to be the "hunter"; if he is "into" he will do that; if not, accept that he is just not that "into" you and MOVE ON.
It is very difficult to know if maybe he was just enjoying the flirting and the attention; thus give him now the opportunity to proof if he wants something more; give him the chance to "chase" you and start inviting you out etc.
If he does not, well start dating other guys; it will be his loss, as I am sure you will be a great "catch" to the right guy.
