Does he like chasing me or does he actually think I will sleep with him?

I had this friend last year and we hooked up one night but I didnt let him touch me. He wanted to have sex, I said no and it kinda got awkward so we stopped hanging out. About 6 months later, out of the blue he started being nice to me again and I ran into him at a party a couple of months ago. He asked if I wanted to see his room, but I had a boyfriend at the time. My bf was actually being a jerk to me and so I said yes but then quickly came to my senses and said that I should go. Even though we didnt do anything, he walked me home and kept asking me to tell him about my bf (maybe he was jealous?) and I said I was going to break up with him. I am single now and went to a party at his house the other night and he kept putting his arm around me and asked if I wanted to see his room but I said I shouldnt. When the party got broken up and I was going home with my friends, he called me and asked if I could come back to the house but I said no. Does he like chasing me because he cant get me or does he think I am a whore and will actually sleep with him (which I wont)?
