yeah it does because keeping fit- you know physical exercise releases endorphins and all that stuff makes you happy better mood for sex and fitter for sex

gym isnt the only way to get fit though

and its usually pretty expensive there are heaps of other ways

and the best ways i personally find are not big sessions of working out but little things you do everyday- keep it consistent but not too much otherwise you get weaker rather than stronger and fitter..

like run up and down the stairs

carry groceries

doing chores

picking stuff up off the floor

sounds dumb but over time you get way fitter and there easier to do than going to visit the gym which is so easy to pass- be like nah wont go to the gym today..

Miss Potter agony auntNot necessarily the gym makes it better, but staying fit does. You can stay fit by working out, weights will help you build up muscles which will make you look fit but that wont improve your stamina. For endurance and good fitness I would advice cardio workouts, running in particular, cross trainer is very good too, bikes i wouldnt recommend personally as its easy to stay lazy on them.

Martial arts keep you very fit too, but not everyone likes that.

Healthy lifestyle with good food, minimum alcohol and smoke and regular excercise should help keeping good libido for long.

Couldn't do any harm either way, now could it?

Women like looking at sweaty huys with muscles (how much muscles varies, depending on the taste of the women).

So start a more ba;anced diet, cut down on the take-out and sugary foods (no need to cut them out entirely, those little indulgences are what make life worth living) and get some solid exercise in.

Hell, agree to babysit a friend's young children or pets, you have no idea just how much exercise is involved in chasing around children or animals. Gym's don;t compare at all.

Thats about the only healthy way of doing it. Changing to a healthier lifestyle completely.

Just don't forgo the occasional slice of heavenly Pizza.
