As far as I know, urine is sterile. You can even drink it in emergencies. However, the other poster's comments about bacteria and infection are valid, as well as what you expel in your urine from what you've consumed. Master and I have done this twice (and plan to do it many more times) with no ill affects as of yet...and, to answer other posters, a man can pee while erect. It's difficult and takes concentration and often requires him to go a little soft, as trying to piss while rock hard is a "fits and starts" procedure that is uncomfortable.

Lizel agony auntI think the infection thing is definately something to think about and the fact that men have trouble pee-ing whilst having a erection,but if you and your partner are both turned on by it,go for it!Just remember,dont try it on a electric bed blanket,the outcome might not be the shocking experience you were hoping for.Good luck and have fun:-)

A female reader, Tisha-1 United States +, writes (17 July 2008):

Tisha-1 agony auntI doubt it's truly dangerous, but keep in mind that a woman's vagina has a balanced environment of beneficial bacteria. If you urinate inside her, it may kill those bacteria, and this could lead to a yeast infection. That's why douching isn't recommended for women either. So I guess it would be good idea to ask her if she is willing to risk the yeast infection.

Also, if you have a urinary tract infection (UTI) it may be transmitted to her, so bear that in mind.

Good luck!

Extreme fetishes are part of what I call "Extreme Sexual Practices". What you want to do is called "Water Sports" or "Golden Showers". Please be carefull when you ask if your partner would like to do this, she may get offended and tell you to "piss off". Apart from this there is no medical reason why you should not do this. I would suggest however you do it in the bathroom, with the shower running, because it will make less mess this way. Take care of you, and continue to take care of your partner. You have been wise to seek advice before you proceeded.

I cannot give you a medical opinion;

HOWEVER

I can tell you; I will NOT be impressed if a partned had to to that with me;

I do believe that is something you should discuss before the time; IF NOT; it might have very unhappy endings; and yeah;

Vow how are you going to urinate with an erect penis?

Best wishes; lots of smiles.

A reader, anonymous, writes (17 July 2008):

I'm no medical expert but what I do know is that urine is sterile, so I don't see that there's anything particularly harmful in doing it. It's full of waste products, obviously, and is most likely loaded with stuff that the body doesn't want, toxins and all, so I couldn't recommend it.

However, I'd challenge any man with an erection to urinate whilst inside a woman. I think you'd find it impossible to do, due to some sort of safety valve that the Good Lord built into the system when he designed a man's body!
