Just before he brought me home, the discharge from me was tinted red with blood and i had already had my period and havent bled anymore since, now i've read that when a woman gets pregnant they can bleed a little but idk how much, any ideas on what it could be?

As you can imagine your vagina goes through a lot of rough and tumble when you have sex. It is likely this is just from small tears in the inner vagina. Nothing to worry about.
Are you on birth control or using Condoms.
