writes: hi, Im just wondering if there are any women out there who have taken norethisterone pills before to delay periods. Im going on holiday in a few weeks and its too late to start taking the contraceptive pill as it won't kick in this cycle. I have looked elsewhere on the internet and progesterone pills are the only way to delay a period using hormones so I was wondering if people have had any side effects from using them. thanx x
