Does a person's face change from 18 to early twenties or an i receeding? i'm not that bothered but merely curious- after all i am aware that we are what we are, but some people are pretty cruel about letting you know that sometimes! Your hair may be receeding very slowly, but she was just being a bitch.
Next time some one says something like that to them just say "Well you are horrifically ugly and have no personality, but I can grow a fringe."
Good Luck!! xx

Having said that, I used to have a forehead, but it's now undistinguishable from the rest of the top of my head. I tried painting rabbits on it but they didn't look at all like hares. God only made a few perfect heads and covered the rest with hair. Mine also doubles as a solar panel for a sex machine. If I couldn't laugh about it I'd probably cry, and that makes the pillows wet.

Faces do manipulate over time, but not significantly enough at your age for people to notice. Maybe it is just your hair receeding - which is fine.
Take no notice, although I can sympathise.
