Does a burning sensation all over the body mean you could have an STD?

I hear that when a person is burning all over the body that it is most likely an std. Is this true because some people say that when you are burning on your body like on the palms and arms that that is a sign of an std. Do you think that is true? Also is those certain std's curable? I don't know?

Biological washing powder can have the same effect in people that have sensitive skin, but no, it doesn't sound very much like an STD.

No that doesn't usualy be a sign to stds but if your worried consult a doctor I think it is most likely an allergy to a matterial of somesort,
