No, it surely doesn't grow back. Like Cerberus said, you CAN have a "new" one surgically "installed" or rather a skinflap in the same general area.

As Cerberus says, it is definitely Not true.
What you can do is the kegel exercises to tighten your vagina.
Here is more on Kegel exercises:http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/kegel-exercises/WO00119
You can also try doing Yoga exerciises
Or try doing squats.'
Another thing to try is
1. Put a yoga mat on the floor
2. Get a large thick pillow and lay down on the yoga mat. Put the pillow betwee your thighs
3. Draw your legs up and bent and use your inner thighs to squeeze that pillow flat using your inner thighs.
4. Hold the squeezed pillow for ten seconds. Then relax and release your grip.
5. Practise doing this set of execises every day
Another exercise involves you still laying on the yoga mat but this time you discard the pillow. Now attempt to raise your butt and sqeeuze your buttocks together. Then relax and return your butt to the floor. Repeat and relex ten more times. See the benefits over time the
