She was tring to to a biopsy in the uterus i could never deliver vaginally and she insisted on going through the cervix. Now I have lost sensation and she cut out a big chunck of my cervix. Is it possible that i lost sensation because of this. I cannot feel any sensation of my clitorious or inside the vagina.

That should not have affected your sensation. You should call your doc right away to get it looked at.

You should not be experiencing any vaginal desensitivity after the biopsy. You COULD have some loss of sensation around the cervix but this should not affect sexual pleasure.
You need to call a doctor, maybe not the same one that did the biopsy.

I have had several cervical biopsies... LEEP Procedures and whatnot. I have not lost any sensation or ability to orgasm.
The clitoris and vaginal canal sensations are NOT related to the cervix. Unless the doctor severed nerves in other areas the feelings you have lost are either related to peri-menopause (based on your age) or are mental.
I would however discuss this concern with the OB/GYN and get his/her take on it.

Im afraid that this is something only a medical proffesional can give you advice on. I would speak with your doctor.
