Shes not interested. Otherwise she would be telling you when she is not busy. If she can arrange time for everything else then she can arrange for a little personal time. Or she may be shy, and embarrased on dates. Try to figure out if she is outgoing or if she is a loner. That is where your answer will lye! Good luck. And keep tryin'. She'll give in sooner or later! But you will have to make it worth it!

 Its hard to say, she could be genuinly busy when you have been asking her out. As for texting each other every day i think she would ignor your texts if she diden't like you. However i feel the only way you are going to know for sure is to tell her outright how you feel about her.
