I just get embarassed becasue I mistakingly see a friend of mine and he is a lot bigger than I am, and I am too scared to talk about it...I mean like I wonder if my girlfriend tells her friends that I'm really small..we deeply love each other so I know she would tell me that she doesn't care about size, but I would think that her friends tell her about they're boyfriends and how big they are..does it stop growing at 18 or later?  You are well within the "average" at 4". A flaccid penis that is larger than yours most likely will NOT increase in size in quite the same way that a penis that looks smaller will, once the blood starts to engorge them both. His probably will simply stand erect instead of growing in length, so don't worry about it. And as far as women go, we are far more concerned with how you hold us, your lips, your hands and your eyes, and how you treat us!
