She's always would come up to me and put her head in my lap or put my arms around her, flirt with me sometimes. It always made me feel weird but in a weird way I also kinda liked it she's a few months older then me and just got a apartment with roommates, and I'm gonna spend the night for the weekend. Do you think she likes me or wants to have sex, or do you think its all in my head? And if she does want to do some dirty things how do I find out and what should I do about it? She's so beautiful I'm confused because yes I know its wrong so please just give advice don't make me feel bad.

All I will add is be careful. IF you are reading your cousin wrong it could damage your relationship with her. And I think that would be the last thing you'd want to do.

 For most girls, a male cousin is a 'safe' person to practice flirting with--not someone they really would want to get sexually intimate with. If things get intense, the family considerations become a problem. What if the parents disapprove? In some countries, it isn't uncommon and is quite acceptable for cousins to date. In the US, this is generally frowned on and in some states is illegal.
So I would play it safe and assume it's a nice flirtation but nothing more.
