I was just wondering, do you think I will lose weight if I stick to this diet though one day a week I eat what I want? And by what I want, I mean like 6000 calories? And don't tell me how unhealthy this is, I know all of that already. I just want to whether I will lose weight at all on this diet.thank youxx

You will lose weight but ony because your body is being starved. If you want to slim down and still be healthy then try taking multi-viatmins and taking in lots of fibre and protein. I think if you work out and take care of your body then you dont need to worry about that popcorn you had at the movies or that cheeseburger you downed at lunch. Healthy and fit is much more sexy then bones. Drink lots of water too, it helps boost your metabolism.

By doing this diet your going to burn off muscle first and will still have lots of fat.
Yes, you will lose weight but not a good weight, you will also possibly lose hair, lose your menstrual cycle (possibly rendering you insterile), shrink your bones, ruin your metabolism... okay sorry you said you don't want to know the negative effects but there are lots more.
I recommend you go see a nutritionist or your doctor, the only diet that is proven to work long term is the "healthy" diet, nothing else works long term, all others are fads and work short term only and if continued long term can have devastating consequences on your body.

You will loose weight, at first then your body will think it's starving and cling on to every ounce of fat it can. Your hair will become brittle, you will become exhausted, as you are young you will not develop properly.
Speak to your doctor before trying any crazy diets!
