A two year old loose in the streets? No parent in their right mind would allow that to happen. She could have been killed!

I think ya'll can figure it out:
I have just encountered the most arrogant, horrible parents ever. I wanted to bang them. On my way home in a cab, the driver saw a little girl under two years old and tells me. We stop and i go to her. There's nobody around, so i ask her can she show me where her mom is. We walk to a house around the corner from me and i band on the door and kids come. I asjed where their mom is. Both parents came and i told them off. They took an attitude sayingn "no sorry thanks" and i told them i'm reporting them to social services. Am i doing the right thing?

But this depends.. the kids took an attitude with you so they probably don't want their lives interfered with, but sometiems if we have a gut feeling about something, we have to go with it. Your intentions and thoughts behind what you're doing are certainly right, even if this doesn't turn out to be a good decision. Go ahead with it if you feel like it's right, but be very careful and make sure to remain anonymous.

If you want to split the family up because of the horrible parents no. If you imagine the parents were nice and didnt leave you with bad feeling and still you felt concern then yes. Dont do it for revenge.
