 I think he does like you back and it would seem from your description that he is very physically attracted to you. Holding hands, especially after such a short period of time is a sign of affection.
However, I would be a bit concerned with the fact that he was feeling you up when:
1) You two aren't going out
2) You have only known each other for a week.
This concerns me as he might be wanting something more from you. To my mind it is very dodgy but then i'm an old fashioned guy. Just be aware that he might want more of a physical relationship. However, it entirely depends on what you want.:-) Just be careful, sensible and enjoy yourself!

reader, anonymous, writes (20 September 2007): The only way to answer your question "Does he feel the same way?" would be to just ask him out. It doesn't have to be anything fancy. Maybe go to a coffee shop or get some icecream. Ask him to do something where you both are able to conversate with one another, to get to know each other. If he say's no... well, then it just was not meant to be. But if you dont just go for it and ask, you will never know and always wonder what could have been.
