I've been first-time sex partner with only one girl (my wife). She used tampons before we started having sex, and she bled when we took each others' virginity. (It sure looked like a LOT of blood, but in fact I've learned, since then, that it was less than her normal menstrual bleeding.)
Whether you bleed a lot, a little, or not at all, the first time you have sex isn't a major thing to worry about. It washes up easily. It doesn't prove that you were (or weren't) a virgin. It doesn't mean that the first time will or won't hurt - much of your discomfort will probably be from having internal muscles stretched, whether your hymen is intact or not. It's more important for you to be thinking about why you start having sex, and with whom, than details like bleeding.
