As for taste, my experience is limited but it really doesn't have that strong a taste. Most women take good care of their hygiene in any case and will not even allow oral if they are not sure they are "fresh".
But as for enjoying it. It is fun to see/feel/hear her react, it is exciting but not sure what you mean by enjoying it, it is not the same as how I enjoy getting a blowjob for instance.

 I think it is just a matter of taste, and as long as the woman performs her hygine, I do not have problems with it. I would only do this in a relationship though, due to the extremely low risk of STD's.
