reader, anonymous, writes (25 June 2008): don't be nervous.just be confident.if possible, try tomasturbate before any close contact.this is temporary way to reduce anxiety .but as u become more mature( i mean older),and when ur sex life starts,these problems won't exist anymore.
note: one disadvantage about mastubating technique is that it may take away ur sex drive towards ur gf.so if u wanna try masturbating,then do it an hour earlier than foreplay.just give an excuse that u r going to toilet ;)

Relax yourself and maybe try not really focusing on what's going on sexually, but rather just how beautiful your girlfriend looks, or how much fun you had with her that day, or maybe even something not at all related to a female or sex. Just try to keep your mind somewhere else for a while.If that doesn't work, maybe you could speak to your doctor about pre mature ejaculation. A lot of men have this problem and, although I'm not sure, I think it's something that can be helped. Good luck to you
