reader, anonymous, writes (20 September 2010): It'll definately heal! Don't panic. But do keep in mind, that the more you do it, the more the "elasticity" of that area will wear out. To keep this from happening, make it a "treat". Something you do once in a while so that you can heal and don't have to worry about that happening. :)
